Can I return my order?

Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Return postage is covered by the customer.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges, we recommend you place a new order for the item you require and return your order for a refund, subject it is eligible for return as per our policies.

Are earrings refundable?

No — earrings are non‑refundable for hygiene reasons. If your earrings arrive faulty, we will review them in line with consumer rights.
